When your character gets sick, or when you have that black squiggle thing over your head when you run, do the villagers notice it?
From what I saw in a few lets plays in YouTube, the villagers don't have any dialogue for when that happens. Except when you count them seeing your low EN and commenting about that since being sick drains your EN gauge more quickly.
